Meet Chris, our Director of Training and Larry, our Chief Firearms Instructor. These are the guys leading the way to ensure we are providing optimal training. They work hard to ensure our training staff is consisting of experts in their fields, our training curriculum is at the top of it’s game, and our facility supports the needs to complete our programs to the best of our abilities. Both retired U.S. Army Military Policeman, they bring over 20 years of knowledge to BSR.
Chris is a retired U.S. Army Military Policeman with more than 20 years of Law Enforcement experience. He worked as a U.S. Army Military Police School (USAMPS) Certified Instructor and subject matter expert in Protective Services Operations and High-Threat Security Driving. Chris has conducted Protective Services missions throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa encompassing more than 50 countries to include Iraq and Afghanistan. He has extensive firearms training in handgun, shotgun, submachine gun, and carbine and has completed instructor and armorer certification courses through Hecklor &Koch, SIG SAUER and the National Rifle Association. Chris began instructing at BSR in 2008 and is currently the Director of Training.
Larry is a retired U.S. Army Military Policeman and Infantryman who has more than 20 years experience as a military and civilian instructor specializing in High Threat Security Driving, Firearms, Tactics and Special Skills. Since 2007, Larry has provided driving and firearms training for a variety of clients including the U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense and Law Enforcement agencies. Larry holds numerous instructor certifications through the U.S. Army, U.S. Department of State and The National Rifle Association. Larry began instructing at BSR in 2013 and is currently the Chief Firearms Instructor.
