Vehicle Commandeering Course (VCC)

This course is designed to teach individuals how to quickly acquire a vehicle without the use of a key. The training focuses on improvising the tools needed, overcoming the security and locking devices, identifying and selecting the appropriate electrical circuit, both inside and under the vehicle hood, in order to start the vehicle.

Course Program:

Vehicle Types and Selection

Students will make the determination of which types, makes and models of vehicle will be the easiest and quickest to gain entry while avoiding detection.

Vehicle Entry Techniques

Students will evaluate the best vehicle entry method from rapid forceful entry to clandestine and inconspicuous vehicle entries.

Steering locks and Columns

Students will be able to study the design characteristics of several vehicle manufactures and the methods to defeat the security features both with and without the use of tools.

Electrical Circuits and Ignition Systems

Students will learn about the electrical system and wiring harnesses, where they are located, how they function. They will be able to identify what wires need to be utilized in order to “hotwire” the system.

Gasoline and Diesel Engine Operations

Students will be able to understand the basic fundamentals and operations of a gasoline and diesel engine design.
